How to Edit Forms on the Site?

In this guide, you will learn how to edit forms on your website thru Advanced Editor.

When you need to edit forms on the site, the following steps should be completed.

  1. Go to the Advanced Editor Page.

  2. Click the form you want to edit for the Content Editor to appear (labeled as “CONTACT FORM CONTENT”).

  1. You may now edit the form accordingly. The Content Editor also allows you to add another field when you need to by simply clicking the "+ Add field" button. You can also customize the text for the Submit button.

NOTE:

  • If your form includes a File Attachment field, the file name must not include a space when uploaded.

  • The file size limit for attachments is only limited to 10MB.

  • The following file formats are supported: .pdf, .xls, .xlsx, .doc, .docx, .zip, .ppt, .pptx, .psd, .txt, .xml, .mp3, .ttf, .otf, .woff, .eot, .svg, .odt, .ott, .js, .css, .png, .jpg, .gif, .jpeg, .rar in addition to all video file formats.

  1. By default, reCAPTCHA validation is added to new forms. This protects your form from spammers and speeds up the form submission process for site visitors. You may select a reCAPTCHA position and you also have the option to select to display the reCAPTCHA as an icon or text in the form.

  1. Type a Form title. To hide the form title, click the "eye" icon.

TIP: When you change the title of the form, the title only changes after a new response is submitted. If the form name needs to be changed right away, you can submit a test response and wait a few minutes for the form to update.
